I had the privilege of capturing this beautiful model not long ago…. she was so great to work with – as sweet as she is gorgeous!!!   I am so blessed to have these wonderful people come into my world!  More to come – this is a sneak peek….

This beautiful couple had the perfect lighting for their wedding day – the day before was crazy rain – I mean crazy – and their day tried a few times to tease us with some drops – this amazing bride had it all covered with gum boots if needed and perfect umbrellas!  Her ladies rocked it – one more than the others only because two days before she had appendix surgery in Calgary and still made it to the wedding – talk about a trooper! 

We met at the Delta Besbrough for some indoor couples images prior to the ceremony…. man… love moody lighting! Amy wanted to keep it very “romantic”… so our locations reflected that around the city… I am so blessed to have clients up for anything!  The ceremony took place at the 3rd Ave United Church (one of my fav’s in the city), followed by family images and then the reception at the Manhatten where Amy created the most, the biggest, the grandest, the huggest (is that a word lol!?) candy bar I have ever seen!  You outdid yourself girl!    Watch for part 2 coming with a Trash the Dress we did only last night!!!!  Thanks for choosing me to capture your day – love you!!!!  More details:

Well – I had been bugging my beautiful friend Mandy from Memories by Mandy in Saskatoon if I could “borrow” her for a 15 min mini shoot while we were at our PPOC National Convention…. in the snow… early morning… before a class… wearing only my duvet cover from my hotel room… how many of you would have said yes…. oh.. did I mention that she was standing on a ledge of ice over the river and we had to walk down a steep hill.. then make it back to class in time???   Crazy girl agreed to it… around 6 months pregnant.. and boy am I glad she did – she is stunning…. thank you my friend for coming out to “play” and being game to be wearing nothing but my duvet cover in the snow!!   Love ya bud!

This is a mini post for a quick shoot I did of my beautiful daughter – she was such a trooper walking through thistles and wild roses…. man – I love summer!  I am blessed!
